As to the why, there are a few reasons; leaving the seeds in would add additional moisture which we don&#039;t want, and in this kind of dish with such a short cooking time, they don&#039;t really have time to break down, and thye aren&#039;t very appealing unless you happen to like slimy :)

I am going to have to try that pinapple salsa. Sounds wonderful!</description>
