I find tastespotting.com and foodgawker.com to be the best recipe resources in the universe and your recipe for stroganoff is simmering as I write this. The house smells amazing...my husband even wandered away from a football game on TV to find out what I was cooking!!! I felt compelled to return to your blog to thank you. Virtual hugs to you! I was in your husband's camp with the mushrooms are gross thing, but though I will never want to just chuck a handful into my mouth, there are things that just taste better with fungi.
