		<description>thanks for the inspiration, this is such a great soup! :) btw, I&#039;ve replaced the kaffir lime leaves (that are impossible to source in Romania) with shredded lime zest. I&#039;ve also added two tbsp of coarsely chopped fresh coriander (cilantro) and I&#039;ve served it with croutons of crispy papadums (Indian crisps)</description>
